Executive Director, Rev. Chrystal Smallwood, MSNPM
Rev. Chrystal Smallwood is an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Eastern Nazarene College and a Masters of Science Degree in Non- Profit Management from Grace College and Theological Seminary. Chrystal is a member of the Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy, National Association of Nonprofit Professionals and Rural Sociological Society. She is married to Jeremy and mom to Anna and Kb.

Heather Reibsome, Preschool Teacher
Heather holds an Associate of Applied Sciences from the Fairmont State College. She is a Preschool Teacher at Lavelle Little Lambs Preschool and Director of Hands that Serve Puppet Ministry. She is married to Rev. Jim Reibsome and mom to Stish and Caleb.

Rev. Jeremy Smallwood, Pastor
Jeremy holds a Music Education Degree from Eastern Nazarene College and a Master's Degree in Christian Education from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He is the Senior Pastor at the Lavelle Church of the Nazarene and is passionate about community service. He is a local volunteer Firefighter and EMT. He is married to Chrystal, and dad to Anna and Kb.

Rev. Matthew Waggoner, Pastor
Matthew holds a Chemistry Degree from Fairmont State University and is currently on the Ordination Track at Northwest Nazarene University pursuing Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He is the Vision Pastor at the Twin Hills Church of the Nazarene in Montoursville, PA. Matthew is married to Alicia and dad to Gabe, Chloe and Abby.

Jarrid Newberry is an Expansion Joint Maker/Welder Fabricator. He believes it is an honor and blessing to serve God's Kingdom through Help Net Ministries. He attends the Brookside Community Church in Macungie and is married to Anne, Help Net's Treasurer.
