Executive Director
Rev. Chrystal Smallwood is an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Eastern Nazarene College and a Masters of Science Degree in Non- Profit Management from Grace College and Theological Seminary. Chrystal is a member of the Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy, National Association of Nonprofit Professionals and Rural Sociological Society. She is a Pyrography Artist, avid kayaker, loves to bake, spend time in her herb garden and is head over heels for a tiny dog named Piper. Chrystal has served HNM as the Executive Director since 2020.

Heather Reibsome holds an Associate of Applied Sciences from the Fairmont State College. She is a Preschool Teacher at Lavelle Little Lambs Preschool and Director of Hands that Serve Puppet Ministry. She is married to Rev. Jim Reibsome and mom to Stish and Caleb. Heather has served on the HNM Board since 2022.

Rev. Jeremy Smallwood holds a Music Education Degree from Eastern Nazarene College and a Master's Degree in Christian Education from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He is the Senior Pastor at the Lavelle Church of the Nazarene and is passionate about community service. He is a local volunteer Firefighter and EMT. Jeremy has served on the HNM Board since April 2013.

Jarrid Newberry is an Expansion Joint Maker/Welder Fabricator. He believes it is an honor and blessing to serve God's Kingdom through Help Net Ministries. He attends the Bethany Wesleyan Church in Cherryville and is married to Anne, Help Net's Treasurer. Jarrid has served on the HNM Board since September 2022.
Margaret Schachte has a Master's Degree in Library Science and works as the Library Director at Central Penn College in Enola, PA. She is a member of St Charles Borromeo RC Church in Ashland. Margaret volunteers with the Red Cross locally as part of the Schuylkill County Disaster Action Team and has deployed nationally to provide aid during natural disasters. She is committed to conecting people with the information they need. Margaret has served on the HNM Board since November 2024.
Anne Newberry, Board Treasurer,. Bio to come. Anne has served as the Treasurer of HNM since October 2022.
Lisa Rickert, Board Secretary. Lisa holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University. She is an Income Maintenance Caseworker for the Commonwealth of PA Department of Human Services. LIsa has served as the Secretary since May 2024.
